Prescription Information

Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on long-term treatment or need regular prescriptions you will be given a repeat slip attached to your prescription. It allows you to get repeats of your medication either by completing your slip and posting it with a stamped addressed envelope or bringing it to the reception desk. Please tick the appropriate box for the medication you require. If you do not tick which medication is required you will not be prescribed any of those listed. You can also request your medication by requesting online.

If you are already registered to use GP Online Services please click the button below to manage your prescriptions online.

Your prescription will be ready for collection from the Practice after 2pm in two working days (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
