HRT reviews are usually carried out virtually, unless any concerns are raised that mean we need to see you. A review questionnaire will be sent around 3 months after starting HRT.
If everything is well, your HRT will be added to your repeat prescription for up to 12 months. A further questionnaire and virtual review will then be requested before continuing for another year.
As this is a full review and we may need additional information, please allow up to 2 working weeks for prescriptions to be issued. If any parts of the questionnaire are incomplete (for example, blood pressure or weight), this may delay your prescription.
