We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients.

Verbal and physical abuse of NHS staff is a serious and growing problem. Any abuse of practice or attached staff will not be tolerated and any patient identified will be removed from the practice list, normally with immediate effect.
