How to Get Started

- Contact Us: Speak to your GP, pharmacist, or health visitor for a referral, or contact our stop smoking service directly.
- Initial Consultation: At your first session, we’ll discuss your smoking habits, reasons for quitting, and any previous attempts. You’ll also set a quit date and may undergo a carbon monoxide breath test.
- Ongoing Support: Regular follow-up sessions to monitor your progress, provide additional support, and adjust your quit plan as needed.

Our advisers will help you identify triggers and develop strategies to avoid relapse. If you do slip up, we’re here to support you without judgment and help you get back on track.
